Actively and autonomously contribute to the analysis, modelling, and improvement of business processes by participating in workshops with functional areas, documenting as‑is and to‑be processes, and proposing enhancements aligned with the organisation’s global process model and architecture.

We are looking for a person to join a full‑time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities
Your role as a Senior Business Analyst will involve:
* Plan and facilitate process discovery workshops with functional areas.
* Analyse and document business processes at different levels (L1–L3/L4).
* Model processes in accordance with the organisation’s defined standards and frameworks.
* Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Propose improvement scenarios and to‑be processes validated with business owners.
* Clearly define roles, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and data objects associated with processes.
* Collaborate with other IT profiles (architecture, business partners, development teams, etc.) and functional leads to ensure model consistency.
* Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
Scope and Autonomy
* Escalates decisions relating to structural design or cross‑functional impact.
* Applies methodological and quality criteria without the need for constant supervision.
Knowledge and Experience
* Practical experience in business process analysis and modelling.
* Strong understanding of BPMN concepts and an end‑to‑end approach.
* Experience with process notations (BPMN or equivalent) and modelling tools (Symbio, ARIS, Adonis, etc.).
* Experience collaborating with areas such as HR, Finance, Operations, or similar functions.
* Knowledge of database modelling would be an advantage.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* English level B2+ (upper‑intermediate).
* Analytical and structured thinking.
* Ability to facilitate complex discussions and align diverse stakeholders.
* Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to work with ambiguity and translate dispersed information into clear models.
