Responsibilities
Accountable owner and leader of the Central Operations Excellence function regional cluster.
Communicate, deliver and implement the Central Operations Excellence agenda, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Build strong stakeholder partnerships and act as an enabler for business strategy achievement.
Ensure regulatory and customer expectations and standards are consistently met.
Collaborate cross‐functionally to share best practices, standardise processes and realise continuous improvement opportunities.
Present Central Operations Excellence solutions to prospective customers, inspiring confidence in our services.
Achieve KPI targets, implement initiatives and deliver measurable improvement.
Lead and develop the Central Operations Excellence cluster team, reviewing resources and budget to deliver excellent, consistent service.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to line managers.
Maximise compliance with H&S, quality, risk management standards and minimise deviations and recovery times of critical services.
Qualifications
University degree (national or international).
Experience in project management and supply‐chain management.
Knowledge of ISO, H&S, continuous improvement and change management (preferred).
+5 years experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on supply‐chain management.
+5 years of team leadership experience.
Experience working to ISO standards and other regulatory/compliance requirements.
Experience with process improvement techniques.
Ability to work internationally and in diverse business environments.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence at a senior level.
Strong team management and change‐management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of Central Operations Excellence corporate standards and regional regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and managing in a multicultural environment.
