The Opportunity

The Office Manager / Executive Assistant manages the Roche Latvia office, ensuring its efficiency, assists the General Manager with daily tasks and strategic goals, supports company employees on office-related issues, organizes meetings and events, and contributes to company culture. The Office Manager / Executive Assistant maintains relationships with partners and customers, promoting professional communication for successful cooperation. Additionally, manages the company's social media accounts (Facebook and LinkedIn), producing and coordinating content to enhance visibility and engagement.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities :

Support for the General Manager :

Manage agendas, meetings, and written communications.

Prepare presentations.

Assist with tasks.

Administrative Tasks :

Answer phone calls, greet guests, organize trips, and arrange meetings.

Office Workflow Management :

Perform administrative duties, coordinate meetings / events, manage supplies and correspondence, optimize processes.

Training Expert Responsibilities :

Support employees with Cornerstone and maintain expertise.

Social Media Management :

Create and coordinate Facebook and LinkedIn content, implement strategies, support digital projects, and ensure compliance.

Monitor digital content, report issues promptly, ensure compliance.

Who you are :

We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the heart and ambassador of Roche Latvia, someone who is genuinely passionate about customer service and deeply committed to making a difference. Ideal candidates should possess the following :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, marketing or other related field.

At least 3 years of experience as an assistant to the Administrative or Executive Director.

Experience in organizing meetings, conferences and other administrative tasks.

Experience in creating, managing and developing social media content strategies, especially for such platforms as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Proficient in English and local language; skilled in relevant computer programs.

Valid category B driving license.

Salary starts from 1500 EUR gross / monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
