Responsibilities
- Responsible for Warehouse staff agencies management, staff operating including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation and other related work.
- Responsible for the optimization of the salary and welfare system of the Warehouse staff, assisting the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure the optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.
- Responsible for the implementation of Cainiao culture in the warehouse, to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business.
- To undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as the on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, etc.
- Cooperating with HR TD/OC team to lead warehouse projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team.
- Responsible for providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.
Qualifications
- College degree or above, more than 1 year of HR experience, familiar with warehouse HR practices. Employment relationship skill is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
