Responsibilities Train DORC end users (surgeons and nursing staff) to safely use DORC products and ensure training commitments are met.
Demonstrate equipment to doctors and hospital staff, with opportunities for cross-selling.
Provide technical support during tenders and assist at workshops and congresses.
Report training and competitor activities to the Regional Director and Headquarters.
Stay updated on new instruments, disposables, and surgical techniques.
Promote and introduce new DORC products to existing and potential clients.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years in Medical Sales or Clinical Applications (Ophthalmology experience required).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least B2 level in English (verbal and written).
Strong training, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of mechanics and technical issues or eagerness to learn eye surgery technical solutions.
Customer- and service-oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
