As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the regional digital presence for EMEIA, optimizing SEA/SEO, content and website performance. You’ll collaborate with global CoE and regional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality digital practices. Your role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and people leadership. You will drive AI-enabled content structures and ecommerce initiatives that improve visibility and conversions. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape regional digital experiences for multiple brands.

• Own and optimize digital performance across multiple brands/websites in EMEIA using data to prioritise actions
• Drive SEA and SEO activities aligned with central guidance to boost traffic and business impact
• Manage websites via the CMS ensuring performance, usability, and technical SEO compliance
• Improve site structure, navigation, and information architecture by product types and customer journeys
• Identify content gaps and coordinate with content/product/region teams to create and publish localised content
• Enhance AI visibility and future-ready content structures for evolving search and AI experiences
• Launch and optimise ecommerce performance across EMEIA in line with revenue objectives
• Lead CRO initiatives across funnel from acquisition to checkout and conversion
• Utilise analytics, dashboards, and experiments to identify friction and scale high-performing experiences
• Ensure high-quality localisation and translations with SEO best practices across regions
• Lead or support website launches, migrations, and major updates with SEO and governance standards
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support social media alignment across channels (nice to have)
• Collaborate with central PPC/SEO teams and regional stakeholders for alignment
• Work cross-functionally with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and regional teams
• Manage, coach, and develop a team with clear direction and growth opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proven digital marketing experience with strong SEA and SEO expertise
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actions
• Solid CMS experience and website optimisation
• Ability to identify content gaps and drive scalable content creation
• Experience launching and optimising regional or multi-country websites
• Strong understanding of localisation and regional digital nuances
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent command of English
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, international organisations
• Knowledge of social media strategies is a plus
