Mission
The Personal Care Marketing Manager's main goal is to develop and advance the Personal Care category, supporting the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to achieve its growth potential.
The candidate should proactively develop business initiatives, share expertise on the Personal Care industry, understand key brand strategies across markets, and stay updated on trends, technologies, and consumer insights.
The role also involves bringing fragrance expertise to client brands, growing Eurofragance's business by identifying product and fragrance opportunities, managing regional and international projects, collaborating with various teams, and actively participating in the Global Business Unit.
Functions:
1. Partner with sales on client initiatives for Personal Care, preparing concepts and presentations aligned with global strategies.
2. Guide fragrance development teams on proactive initiatives and key projects.
3. Contribute to the global marketing vision by developing tools like Category Reviews and Trend Presentations.
4. Create analytical tools and selling stories for new technologies, working with R&D, Evaluation, and Branding teams.
5. Monitor market activities, understand client brands and consumer behavior.
6. Coordinate with subsidiaries' marketing and product teams for effective deployment of marketing strategies.
7. Identify and promote product and fragrance opportunities to drive growth.
8. Develop a deep understanding of markets, consumers, and cross-category insights.
9. Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships and provide fragrance solutions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, or Communication.
2. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in B2C FMCG Personal Care or B2B Fragrance House, with strong technical knowledge and multinational teamwork experience.
3. Solid understanding of the fragrance industry and key Personal Care categories like Shower Gels, Shampoos, and Skin Care.
4. Familiarity with CI tools and trend databases.
5. Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe, digital tools, and new technologies.
6. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
7. Languages: Proficient in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
