Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team in Mijas, Malaga and drive the growth of our e-commerce business through data-driven advertising strategies and performance marketing. We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for retail brands. The adequate candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on performance, ROAS and customer acquisition. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to collaborate effectively with our international team and partners.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo and other performance channels.
* Manage full-funnel campaign structures including prospecting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance.
* Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
* Implement A/B testing strategies to scale winning campaigns.
* Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue attribution.
* Prepare regular reports and insights to support strategic decisions. xpzdshu
