Overview
Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in Customer Experience services, with 20+ years of experience in technology applied to marketing. We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
Main responsibilities
* Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
* Participate in implementation of marketing cloud development infrastructure.
* Analyze clients' marketing and technology needs and contribute to communication processes by implementing developments.
* Perform basic technical and specialized marketing tasks.
* Implement and develop processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
* Launch developments and automation processes that best suit cloud implementation.
* Consult services to ensure automated communication processes run smoothly.
* Activate automated communications and marketing automation processes that meet clients' needs at different touchpoints.
* Implement the latest technological advances and marketing technology solutions.
* Perform test trials, error diagnostics, and resolve development issues using marketing automation and martech tools.
* Document development processes and track system performance metrics.
* Work on cloud integrations using JavaScript, AMPscript, Server‑Side JavaScript, and API.
* Meet agreed‑upon software quality standards with Omega's technical management.
Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
* Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
* Experience in HTML and CSS development.
* Salesforce certifications are an asset.
* High level of English.
