What Your Journey Will Look Like
Your career with us starts with a fully paid 6-week training course. From day one, you'll receive a daily allowance while you learn everything you need to know—from safety procedures to delivering the friendly, efficient service Ryanair is known for. There will be regular exams along the way, but don't worry, our trainers are there to support you. The course wraps up with supervised training flights, and then you'll earn your official Cabin Crew Wings. From that moment on, you're part of a 16,000+ strong crew family spanning Europe.
What We're Looking For
Before you apply, let's be upfront about a few things. This role is incredibly rewarding, but it's also demanding. You'll work early shifts that can start as early as 5am, and afternoon shifts that may not end until midnight. If mornings are genuinely not for you, please take a moment to consider whether this lifestyle fits.
Other than that, you'll need to meet these requirements:
* Hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the EU and across the Ryanair network.
* Stand between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") tall.
* Be able to swim 25 meters unaided and also support someone else in the water.
* Communicate comfortably in English (both spoken and written) and pass our language assessment.
* Bring a flexible, hardworking attitude and enjoy working a rotating shift schedule.
Beyond the basics, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with the public, brings a 'can-do' spirit to every situation, and has a passion for exploring new places and meeting people from all walks of life.
Why You'll Love Flying With Us
We take care of our crew, plain and simple. When you join Lauda Europe at our Palma base, you'll enjoy some fantastic benefits:
* A free, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course (paid for by us).
* A daily training allowance of €28 from day one of the course.
* An uncapped sales bonus – the more you engage, the more you earn.
* Unlimited, deeply discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations across the Ryanair network.
* A fixed roster pattern of 5 days on, 3 days off – giving you real time to explore.
* A free uniform in your first year, plus an annual allowance afterwards.
* The security of working for a financially stable airline.
* The adventure of a lifetime – explore new cities and cultures with your crewmates on your days off.
