II.- Candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Hold a Doctorate degree. For degrees obtained abroad, an accreditation of equivalence in Spain must be provided.
2. Have received a positive evaluation from the Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación or the Agencia de Calidad, Acreditación y Prospectiva de las Universidades de Madrid, or other external evaluation bodies recognized by law.
3. Not be under suspension, separation, or disqualification from public employment by judicial resolution as of the last day for application submission.

All requirements must be met both at the end of the application period and at the time of hiring.
