* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Approximately 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a consumer-focused environment.
* Experience with Jira & Confluence.
* Experience acting as a bridge between Business and Technology departments.
* Experience creating User Stories and User Epics.
* Knowledge of SQL.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Extensive experience with agile methodologies.
* Fluency in English and French.
What will you do?
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
* Create documentation including user stories and detailed requirements for deployment.
* Assist in designing and implementing new processes and systems to enhance consumer service.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and feedback.
* Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to consumer engagement.
* Ensure effective documentation and communication of business requirements to technical teams.
