PEOPLE CARE ANALYST : Konecta is hiring a People Care Analyst with native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with the company’s employees, ensuring a positive work environment, and through clear and concrete processes, maintaining control over absenteeism within the company and the well-being of the employees.
Education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar. Native or bilingual Spanish and English. Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports. High proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power BI, or others).
