Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects at Centific. This includes approving and implementing changes, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between Project Managers and Senior Program Managers.
To ensure seamless project delivery, SPMs engage regularly with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. They work closely with Senior Program Managers to build high-performing project teams, comprised of individuals best suited for the task.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead a single project from initiation to closure.
* Develop and implement daily production reporting methods, reviewing critical data to inform decision-making.
* Compile timekeeping records for management-level approval and submission.
* Promote Lean implementation among team members, driving process efficiency and waste reduction.
* Conduct interviews for PM-level positions, making informed hiring decisions.
* Maintain open communication with clients regarding ongoing project updates.
* Address project issues at a process level, ensuring timely resolution.
* Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Program Managers to guarantee comprehensive coverage of duties within defined processes.
* Initiate timely changes or updates to processes, ensuring effective implementation by team members.
* Identify and implement process improvements, eliminating areas of waste to enhance efficiency.
* Review End-of-Day (EOD) reporting on process flow for assigned projects.
* Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to process flow for Senior Program Managers.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms.
* Proven project management experience.
* Data collection and analysis skills.
* Basic knowledge of PowerBI and internet-based platforms.
* Ability to work overtime when necessary.
* Leadership qualities, including delegation, feedback, and recognition.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Organized and focused individual capable of working independently within a team environment.
