We are looking for someone who :
Has 2 years proven experience in customer experience roles.
Has a strong & solid understanding of customer journeys.
Has strong Analytical thinking & customer centric mindset.
Has strong ability to analyse feedback and operational data.
Has fluency in Greek & a very good level in English.
What you\'ll be doing:
Monitor customer feedback, reviews & VoC reports to identify experience gaps.
Identify friction map across critical steps of the customer journey.
Track CX performance indicators.
Prepare reports & insights on customer behaviour & experience trends.
