Nanook is the 360 creative experiential marketing agency, shaping events worldwide to unforgettable experiences with a responsible positive impact.We are seeking an Event Manager responsible for managing the full cycle of large-scale corporate event development, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld to win proposals and execute successful projects.Key Responsibilities:
Define and understand the objectives and goals of each event, aligning them with proposals.Develop a comprehensive work plan including key dates, budget, resources, and activity schedule.Create creative and technical proposals with the creative team based on briefs and event indications;
organize all related documentation in Google Drive.Ensure compliance with Nanook's sustainability plan.Manage event budgets, with strong proficiency in Excel for budget preparation.Monitor expenses to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary costs.Coordinate logistical aspects, including preparation of Day by Day documents and supervision during the event.Exceed client expectations through thorough preparation and clear communication.Conduct post-event debriefings, analyze outcomes, and prepare case studies and customer satisfaction surveys.Additional Responsibilities:
Submit proposals within deadlines, ensuring quality standards.Coordinate and follow up with all project stakeholders.Ensure the smooth execution of the event on the day.Close the project using the required corporate tools.Qualifications:
Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, advertising, psychology, or related fields.Additional education in protocol, event management, or hospitality is a plus.Minimum of 7 years' experience in executing full-service corporate events.Proficiency in Google Workspace is mandatory.Experience in corporate events is required.Leadership Skills:
Ability to strategically coordinate with teams and external parties, including creativity and supplier management.
