It wasn’t just a product release; it was a full‑scale bgo‑to‑market operation /b led by Product Marketing. /p pFrom shaping the narrative of how AI “duplicates” your professional self, to coordinating launches across seven markets with regional marketing teams, leading creative storytelling with Brand, organizing a live product keynote, and driving adoption targets with Sales and CX — it’s the kind of challenge that defines what Product Marketing means at Factorial. /p pIf you want to lead a world‑class team, scale a global SaaS narrative, and directly impact tens of millions in ARR — this is your role. /p h3The team /h3 pYou’ll lead the bProduct Marketing team /b — an dynamic group of people with diverse backgrounds and one shared goal: making our products succeed in market. There are b4 Product Marketing Managers /b in the team — Dani, Marialuisa, Laura, and Guillem — and we’re hiring two more (Finance and Talent). /p pCarmen, bSenior Director of Product Marketing /b, currently leads the team. Previously, she managed Product teams at Factorial for two years (and she’s writing this job description talking about herself in the third person). The team reports to Laura, our Head of Marketing and previous Director of Product Marketing. /p pYou’ll also collaborate daily with bSales, Pre‑sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations /b — ensuring all teams are aligned around how we position, sell, and grow our products. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pMake every Factorial product bunderstood, adopted, and monetized /b across all markets — ensuring each one generates a strong bpipeline /b and reaches its bARR goals /b. /p pYou will: /p ul liDefine and execute GTM strategies for all products and launches, from concept to measurable business impact. /li liCraft clear positioning for each product vertical, aligning value propositions with commercial objectives. /li liEnsure Sales is ready to sell every product, leading enablement programs, training sessions, and building tools that increase win rates and cross‑sell efficiency. /li liMaintain exceptional quality across all product‑related outputs — from campaigns and videos to communications and landing pages — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand excellence. /li liManage complex projects end to end, acting as the connector between Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes. /li liLead and mentor the Product Marketing team, building the right structure and ways of working to operate effectively across multiple products and markets — while fostering a strong business mindset focused on pipeline generation, revenue impact, and measurable results. /li liWork hand in hand with Product leaders to plan and anticipate GTMs early — aligning stakeholders across functions and ensuring every launch is timed, positioned, and executed for maximum market impact. /li liPartner with leadership to shape and evolve Factorial’s multi‑product and AI narrative, ensuring our story in market drives tangible ARR growth. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pThe list below describes our ideal candidate. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t meet all the criteria: /p ul liProven experience in Product Marketing or a similar GTM leadership role in B2B SaaS (minimum 5 years). /li liStrategic leader who can build and scale teams, not just manage them. /li liExpert in positioning and go‑to‑market strategy across multiple products, segments, and markets. /li liStrong business acumen — you connect messaging to pipeline generation, ARR, and commercial impact. /li liExceptional communicator — clear, structured, and persuasive with both execs and teams. /li liHigh attention to detail and design sensibility — you care deeply about product polish, brand consistency, and visual storytelling quality. /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills, capable of driving alignment and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX. /li liThrives in fast‑changing environments, able to turn complexity into clarity and action. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Big pluses /h3 ul liExperience in multi‑product and/or multi‑market SaaS. /li liFluency in additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, French). /li liPricing Packaging experience. /li /ul h3Compensation and relocation support /h3 pWe offer a bgross annual compensation between €70,000 and €90,000 /b, depending on seniority and experience. This amount includes both bbase salary and a variable component /b tied to business and performance objectives. You’ll also receive a bgenerous Stock Option Plan (SOP) /b — bringing your btotal annual compensation (cash + stock) to over €100,000 /b. /p pAt Factorial, we know talent is global /p pThat’s why we offer a bRelocation Package /b to support candidates moving to Spain. For international hires, we also assist with the bSpanish Inbound Tax Regime (known as the Beckham Law) /b, which allows eligible professionals relocating to Spain to be taxed at a flat rate (around b24% /b on Spanish‑sourced income).
