Join our Logistics Team as a Back Office Intern in August and help keep our supply chain running smoothly from behind the scenes. From managing documentation and tracking shipments to coordinating with internal teams and ensuring data accuracy - your organizational skills and attention to detail will support the flow of goods across borders. Responsibilities
- Support the management of international transport lanes between countries.
- Assist the logistics back office with daily operational tasks.
- Prepare, collect, and send the necessary transport documentation.
- Provide support in invoice handling and basic administrative processes.
- Help maintain and update logistics systems with accurate information.
- Assist with general tasks needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications
- Studies in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Logistics or similar.
- Responsible and motivated.
- Creative, open-minded, work independently and enjoy working in a team.
- Speak English and Spanish at a high level; each additional language will be a plus.
- Can sign an internship contract through your university or scholarship.
- Good knowledge of Excel is a plus.
