What will your functions be?
* Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación.
* Gestión de cuentas clave
* Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas.
* Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes.
* Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
* Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación
What are we looking for?
* Experiencia previa de al menos 3 año en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de importación.
* Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa, Transporte y Logística y/o de Comercio Internacional.
* Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
* Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.
* Valorable experiencia en cargas perecederas
* Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo
