Help to define and lead the Global Marketing Calendar to activate the portfolio strategy and develop new formulas and products.
- Develop execution guidelines to support local markets and key accounts within the portfolio strategy activation..
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to continually bring fresh ideas, identify beauty opportunities to develop, and enhance existing products.
- Define the product value-proposition for new launches and optimizations, ensuring the correct activation in online and offline channels.
As you will be part of the Integral Team, fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
