* Attend and resolve technical queries (calls, emails, chats) related to television functionality, configuration and connectivity.
* Guide customers on TV features and integration with other tech devices.
* Diagnose basic issues and provide effective solutions, documenting each case in the relevant systems.
* Maintain knowledge of brand processes and apply them as required.
* Implement process changes communicated via mail, Teams, meetings, etc.
* Manage client incidents or complaints in a resolutive and efficient way with a professional attitude.
* Investigate and search for solutions to incidents requiring additional analysis, showing initiative and autonomy.
* Record all interactions in the client CRM, review history, and create precise records, including dynamic tables and incident reports.
* Escalate complex cases to higher levels when necessary, ensuring proper information
