We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus and some frontend experience to help stabilize and extend an existing legacy system during a critical growth period. You’ll be working in partnership with a fast-growing technology company focused on flexible storage and logistics solutions, supporting both internal back-office tools and a marketplace mobile app. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, where you’ll need to quickly ramp up, navigate a complex codebase, and deliver high-impact improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend services using Node.Js and TypeScriptWork on business-critical systems, including internal tools and marketplace applicationsExtend and stabilize a legacy codebase, improving reliability and performanceDevelop and maintain REST or GraphQL APIsCollaborate across teams to deliver high-impact usability and operational improvementsContribute to frontend work when needed using AngularQuickly self-onboard into existing systems and start delivering valueIdentify issues, unblock yourself, and proactively drive solutionsSupport system performance, reliability, and scalability during peak operational periodsCore Requirements5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, with a strong backend focusStrong proficiency i n Node.Js an d Nest.JsExperience designing and maintainin g RE ST o r GraphQL APIsExperience working wit h NoSQ L databases (MongoDB preferred)Experience wit h Angular (modern Angular 2+)Proven ability to work in existing, complex codebases and self-onboard quicklyProactive mindset with the ability to ask questions and unblock yourselfDemonstrated familiarity wit h AI tools (e.G.
