We are looking for a Sourcing Lead for the Americas to build, scale, and manage high-volume sourcing pipelines across the region.You will lead a team of 6 sourcing specialists, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified contributors, while driving sourcing strategy using a data-driven, marketing-oriented approach.This is not a traditional recruiting role.
