What we’re looking for
We are looking for a senior, strategic, and proactive Content & PR Manager to lead our brand authority and reputation engine. The ideal candidate combines strong discipline and attention to detail with creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to proactively propose new ideas and communication initiatives that strengthen our positioning in the industry.
What you’ll do
As a Content & PR Manager, your mission will be to elevate Sonosuite’s brand authority, balancing the strategic creation of content with the operational management of our industry partnerships.
This person will collaborate with different teams across the company to support communication and content initiatives across various projects. The ideal candidate should also bring a strong strategic mindset, with the ability to understand how content and communication initiatives impact the business, connecting communication efforts with broader company goals and outcomes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Digital Authority, SEO & Strategic Collaboration
* You will work closely with our SEO agency and digital marketing manager, overseeing link-building initiatives and off-page strategies to strengthen our domain authority. In this role, SEO acts as the primary lever for our content strategy; you will use keyword research and search trends to drive the blog’s editorial calendar, ensuring every post is optimized to capture high-quality traffic.
* You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create high-value lead magnets, such as eBooks and technical guides. You will also monitor digital conversations and media coverage, using analytical tools to measure sentiment and the impact of our initiatives, and prepare reports that support data-driven decision making.
* Supporting Partnerships, Events & Industry Relations
* You will support our relationships with key industry associations (such as IMPALA or WIN), managing day-to-day coordination and optimizing partnership benefits.
* Your role will include identifying and executing visibility opportunities, such as coordinating participation in industry panels, events, webinars, and speaking engagements. You will also manage the logistical and administrative needs related to Sonosuite’s participation in international conferences and industry events.
- Operational PR Support: Provide key support for PR initiatives led directly by the CEO and Head of Marketing, ensuring smooth execution and coordination to maintain a unified and professional brand voice.
- Press Room Management (Prowly): Own the maintenance and update of our Press Room, ensuring all media kits, press releases, and corporate news are current, visually aligned, and effectively distributed.
- Media Monitoring & Sentiment Analysis: Use analytical tools to track digital conversations and media coverage, measuring the sentiment and real-world impact of our communication initiatives to support data-driven adjustments.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in PR, Content, or Corporate Communications roles.
* Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments.
* Previous experience working in PR, communication, marketing, or social media agencies.
* Proven experience contributing to PR, brand communication, or thought leadership initiatives, including collaborations with media or industry publications.
* High command of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools is essential to ensure all content is professional, on-brand, and visually compelling without external creative support.
* Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to connect communication and content initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
* Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives.
* Experience leading social media strategies and collaborating SEO or external agencies to strengthen digital authority.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
* You have knowledge of the music industry.
