As a Community Manager for the French market, your mission is to build and nurture an engaged digital community.You will drive innovative social media strategies, create compelling content, and foster authentic connections that enhance our brand and enrich the travel experience.Main responsibilities include:
Overseeing the daily management of Heymondo's social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X) in France, including responding to comments, addressing queries, engaging with the community, and publishing content.Creating and publishing daily content (videos, stories, carousels) optimized for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring visuals and messaging align with platform trends and engagement best practices.Monitoring social media trends and emerging platforms to keep Heymondo at the forefront of digital engagement in France.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with marketing strategies.Analyzing social media metrics and KPIs to optimize content and engagement strategies.Key activities include community engagement, content creation, calendar planning, performance monitoring, and competitor benchmarking.Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management or community engagement (1-2 years).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.Native-level French skills, bilingual in Spanish;
English is a plus.Heavyuser of Instagram and TikTok with a deep understanding of platform trends.Excellent French writing skills and storytelling ability.Passionate about travel and industry trends.Effective team collaboration skills, managing community management and content planning responsibilities.Creative, proactive, organized, proficient in Canva and CapCut.Experience with Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics, influencer partnerships, and UGC strategies.Additional skills include event coverage, social media giveaways, and contests experience. This is a fully hands-on role;

Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day), 100% remote, with a Barcelona office available.Primary location:
