Role -
Logistics Operations Manager/Specialist:
* Support the optimization logistics operations processes to help achieve operational KPIs, and contribute to cost efficiency improvements in coordination with the central operations team;
* Assist in developing and maintaining operational process monitoring plans to maintain timely delivery and service quality;
* Proactively handle and coordinate the resolution of exceptions. Implement solutions promptly to minimize disruptions;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and support a safe & efficient working environment;
