Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal and contractual documentation for projects and other departmental needs (e.G., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).Identify risks within legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and propose mitigation measures.Negotiate, draft, and oversee agreements related to tenders such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, and contracts related to EPC, O&M, concessions, PPA, and energy purchase agreements.Advise on company acquisitions.Prepare legal filings and procedures, and provide court and extrajudicial assistance.Requirements:
Law degree.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.Previous experience in corporate legal advisory.High level of English (C1), both spoken and written.French B2 preferred.Proficiency in Office suite, ideally advanced level.Additional Information:
