The position is based in Hanover / Germany, but can also be managed remotely from another city in Germany or from one of our EU / UK locations.
We have embarked on an exciting, large-scale digital transformation programme and are looking for talented and dedicated people to join the TUI Flight Marketplace team on the IT side (TFM-Suite). The TFM-Suite is TUI's group-wide common IT platform providing all own airline and third-party flights, including ancillaries for own and secondary distribution across B2C and B2B channels.
Being part of the "Markets" team within TFM-Suite, the technical Business Analyst will plan and execute group-wide rollout activities for the TUI Flight Marketplace as well as create detailed analyses, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture and analyze functional and non-functional business and technical requirements, translating them into architectural blueprints that outline solutions to achieve business objectives.
About the Job
1. Plan and execute group-wide rollout activities for the TFM-Suite in alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
2. Understand and implement market specifics for flight and ancillary products across different source markets.
3. Create detailed analyses, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions.
4. Enhance and improve current solutions for the TFM-Suite.
5. Ensure quality assurance and further development of the TFM Suite components in cooperation with internal and external IT providers.
6. Elaborate and further develop end-to-end processes and technical requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Support the product owner in the development and prioritization of user stories, considering various group-wide influences in an agile environment.
About You
* Technical degree, business studies degree, or comparable IT expertise and experience acquired on-the-job.
* Experience in international software rollout activities and a strong passion for technology.
* Strong analytical skills and the capability to understand complex systems and processes.
* Basic understanding of web technologies, standards, and methods (e.g., AWS, APIgee, SOAP).
* Experience with standards like BPMN, ArchiMate, UML is desirable.
* Experience in the tourism industry / flight products is desirable.
* Fluent in English.
