The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for managing paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) that drive our B2B growth. You will strengthen our paid marketing team with your expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think analytically and creatively.Key Responsibilities:
Be the global subject matter expert and owner for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner (Google Ads and paid social).Ensure maximum lead volume from paid channels while maintaining lead quality, budget, and CPA goals.Serve as a strategic advisor and mentor for junior paid marketers.Forecast, set, and monitor channel budgets in collaboration with local marketers.Develop hypotheses to improve paid advertising and coordinate testing across local teams.Analyze campaign performance with stakeholders and recommend improvements.Support skill development of junior specialists and assist with daily tasks when needed.Proactively improve processes and workflows as the organization grows.Collaborate with the Global Head of Paid Marketing to document and enhance processes.Qualifications:
4+ years of campaign management experience in paid search and social platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other platforms is a plus.Familiarity with modern targeting strategies, automation, and ad optimization techniques.Ability to brief creative teams effectively and experience with visual ad campaigns.Experience in lead generation, preferably in SaaS.Excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills, with a good understanding of online marketing tools.Experience with Smart Bidding strategies and targeting CPA/CPL goals.Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.Proficiency in business English;
knowledge of secondary languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish) is a plus.First people management experience is preferred.Location:
