We are in the process of selecting a Data Analyst.
Job Responsibilities / Role
* Perform as-is analysis and document functional process flows.
* Identify and document all data used, including input, outputs, transformations, and data flows in EUCs (end-user computing), reports, forums, and committees.
* Design and document the to-be process.
* Create BRDs and technical specifications for the to-be data sets, including transformation/mappings and integration with BI tools.
* Simplify and automate data used in processes and report creation.
* Conduct technical testing to ensure code meets requirements and manage UAT, resolving incidents as needed.
Mandatory Skills
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills for requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, and guides.
* Practical experience in complex data analysis using SQL.
* Experience creating BI reports, including data provisioning and modeling.
* Ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate engagement between users, developers, and change management.
* Effective planning and organization skills, understanding work relationships.
* Experience working with end users to plan and execute UAT.
* C1 NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
* Good understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS and BI tools.
* Deep experience working in Financial Services or Banking organizations with knowledge of Financial Services, Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking.
* Exposure to large transformation programs and data migrations.
* A passion for learning and curiosity about emerging technologies.
* Experience with AI tools.
