Salary & Bonuses:
Base net salary:
1,800 BGNAdditional pay:
+10% for weekend shifts ️+25% for night shifts+100% for work on public holidays
Performance Bonuses:
Up to 1,200 BGN net/month – performance bonus (starting after the first month)One-time bonus of 1,000 BGN net – after completing 90 days of employment
