✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented professional to join our Engineering team and:
* Maintain, enhance and develop new features in SailPoint IIQ.
* Implement technical solutions with minimal customization.
* Develop workflows, custom connectors and configure SailPoint IIQ.
* Integrate enterprise applications with SailPoint.
* Customize user interfaces and configure access recertification.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
💻 WHAT TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS WILL YOU USE?
* SailPoint IIQ (3–5 implementations)
* Java, JavaScript
* Git, GitLab/GitHub
* Linux
* Identity & Access Governance frameworks
* Infrastructure setup, clustering, HA configuration
🧠 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* 5–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Governance
* 3–4 years of development experience (mainly Java)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Fluent in English and Spanish

* 📍 Workplace: Hybrid – TCS Madrid Office (50% remote)
* 🕘 Work Schedule: 9:00–17:00 CET, with rotational weekend support
