Job Description Summary
The IT Solutions Principal Specialist will be responsible for the IMEAT Region, acting as a key bridge between Product teams and Sales, helping customers understand the value, integration capabilities, and business impact of Amadeus hospitality solutions. This is a critical role in the sales cycle, requiring deep industry knowledge — especially hotel technology — strong Salesforce expertise, and the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement
* Understand customer strategy, challenges, and decision processes to propose the right IT solutions.
* Build strong relationships with IT and business leaders, including VP/C‑level stakeholders.
* Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and post‑implementation support.
* Ensure delivered solutions match contractual expectations and strengthen long‑term relationships.
* Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, opportunities, activities, and to maintain accurate data quality across the sales cycle.
Solution Design
* Analyze customer requirements and propose improvements aligned with Amadeus' strategy.
* Formalize functional requirements, manage CP processes, and prepare sizing/commercial inputs.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Portfolio, Sales Engineering, and Delivery teams.
* Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across internal teams.
* Use Salesforce dashboards and reports to support opportunity management, forecasting, and visibility across accounts.
