About the Role
We are looking for an On-Chain Operations & Wallet Security Specialist to take ownership of our wallet infrastructure and on-chain transaction monitoring. This role is focused on tracking digital asset flows, verifying transactions, managing wallet security, and ensuring operational accuracy across multiple blockchains.
You will work closely with the trading, DeFi, and operations teams to monitor wallet activity, investigate transaction issues, and maintain a secure environment for all digital asset operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and verify on‑chain transactions across multiple blockchains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Solana, etc.)
* Manage wallet operations: address whitelisting, hot/cold wallet coordination, and transaction signing
* Investigate delayed or failed transactions and resolve settlement issues
* Use blockchain explorers and analytics tools to trace asset movements
* Maintain detailed records of all on‑chain activity for reporting and audit purposes
* Support internal teams with wallet setup, address verification, and security best practices
* Monitor network conditions, gas fees, and potential risks (suspicious activity, contract interactions)
* Collaborate with the security team to enhance wallet infrastructure and operational controls
What We’re Looking For
* Hands‑on experience with non‑custodial wallets and on‑chain transaction verification
* Strong understanding of blockchain explorers and transaction mechanics
* Familiarity with multiple networks (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum, etc.)
* Experience with multi‑signature wallets (Gnosis Safe, etc.) is a strong plus
* Basic knowledge of smart contract interactions and transaction approvals
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records
* Candidates with a background in crypto operations, security, or blockchain analytics will stand out
