NRF is looking for an Industrial Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our team.
As an Industrial Customer Service Specialist, you'll work mainly in English and support industrial clients through logistics, supply chain and back-office processes.
What are you going to do as an Industrial Customer Service Specialist?
* Work in English in most of your daily tasks (around 90% of the job is in English)
* Participate in frequent international meetings
* Support industrial customers in logistics, supply chain and import/export processes
* Work extensively with customer portals
* Handle back-office issues with a high level of accuracy and patience
* Analyze numbers and translate data into operational actions
* Help resolve operational and customer-related problems
What do you bring as an Industrial Customer Service Specialist?
* Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export or industrial customer service
* High attention to detail and patience with back-office processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills xqysrnh
* Ability to read numbers and turn them into operational decisions
* Comfortable working with multiple customer systems and portals
