Event Producer - Global Expansion at Fever

About the role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer who will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production to ensure high-quality experiences are delivered. Based in Madrid, you will act as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, managing third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of creative deliverables. You will also help develop new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance Fever’s experiences.
This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing.
You will
- Manage all aspects of Fever Original event productions, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
- Participate in marketing brainstorms and contribute to creative ideation from an on-the-ground perspective
- Manage multiple productions and help scale experiences against team targets
- Manage budgets of different scales
- Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences
- Venue research and booking
- Secure permits and meet insurance requirements
- Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contracts with the legal department
- Domestic and international travel and time zone coordination may be required
Qualifications
You have a track record of producing events with strong data analysis, and you possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. The role combines business development and operational experience. You should be passionate about entertainment / events, comfortable delivering results in ambiguity, and able to think strategically about creating compelling experiences.
- 3+ years in event production
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate various aspects of an event
- Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions
- Strong vendor and venue network
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and permitting
- Quick learner with a solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Curious and willing to push boundaries
- Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Strategic thinking for partnerships and data-driven events
- Collaborative and hands-on
- Experience in virtual events is a plus
