Impressive, right?br/br/To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!br/br/Ready to be part of the experience?br/br/Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.br/br/strongLEGAL COUNSEL PAYMENT SOLUTIONSbr/br/ /strongstrongABOUT THE ROLEbr/br/ /strongJoin Fever’s growing legal team at our vibrant hub in strongMadrid! /strongThis role focuses on supporting the global expansion of our business including implementation of cutting-edge payment technologies, cashless payments, digital credit systems, and onsite payment solutions.br/br/As a Legal Counsel focussing on payment solutions, you will report to the Principal Counsel - Commercial Contracting, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on payment and financial regulations in markets around the world. You will work with Fever’s business teams, vendors, financial institutions and other players in the market, to assist in the creation of compliant products and solutions that align with financial regulations.br/br/strongYou will:br/br/ /strong /pulliProvide actionable business and product advice on regulatory and compliance matters related to payment systems across various jurisdictions, including researching and understanding financial and data protection regulations. /liliDemonstrate project administration skills in the design and implementation of financial regulation-compliant tech products. /liliSupport Fever’s global expansion efforts, particularly around cashless payment solutions and digital credit systems. /liliDraft, review, and negotiate key commercial contracts and terms with vendors, event operators, and technology partners. /liliAssist commercial and operations teams with POS structures, merchant reconciliation processes, and local vendor relationships. /liliCoordinate with external legal advisors as needed. /liliProvide general commercial legal advice on contracts, partnerships, and operational issues. /liliParticipate in knowledge management, including creating templates and legal guides. /liliParticipate in upskilling, support, and growth of other team members.br/br/ /li /ulstrongABOUT YOUbr/br/ /strongIn order to be successful in this role, you will:br/br/ulliBe a barred/practicing lawyer with at least 5+ years PQE including inhouse — experience in a fintech environment preferred. /liliDemonstrate experience advising on payment systems, merchant services, fintech regulations, or similar areas. /liliProfessionally fluent in English.
