As Senior Category Manager for External Talent, you shape and execute a cross-functional external worker and advisor strategy across the firm. You will drive financial value, risk mitigation, and sustainable procurement while enhancing colleague experience. You’ll collaborate with leaders worldwide to optimize the supplier landscape, expand strategic partnerships, and deliver measurable business impact. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Lead the enterprise-wide External Talent category (non-tech workers and advisors) and develop long-term strategy
• Partner with global and local leaders to rationalize suppliers, optimize costs, and maintain quality
• Drive risk mitigation, contract improvements, and invoice accuracy for audit readiness
• Manage supplier performance, implement structured sourcing processes, and achieve repeatable outcomes
• Build knowledge through relationships with industry experts and suppliers to elevate category capabilities
• Enable scalable, sustainable procurement that supports firm growth and innovation
• Produce decision-ready deliverables (summaries, spreadsheets, contracts, presentations) for senior stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree (MBA/PhD) strongly preferred
• 7+ years in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting with a track record of business value
• Experience managing a large global contingent workforce program preferred
• Strong data analysis skills; ability to create/interprete Excel models and category reports
• Adept at producing high-quality sourcing xpzdshu docs, contract summaries, and presentations
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to influence across functions and geographical levels without formal authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
