Industry: Fashion Design / Fast Fashion / ManufacturingOur client is expanding their European design footprint and seeking a high-energy, trend‐driven Ladies' Wear Designer to work closely with their fast fashion clients in Spain and across Europe.This role combines creative design, client collaboration, and commercial strategy, making it ideal for someone with strong fast fashion intuition and confidence in representing a major manufacturer to global brands.Design trend-right Ladies' Wear collections for fast fashion clients.Build CLO 3D designs, virtual samples & digital presentations.Participate in buyer meetings & support design communication with EU clients.Work with China / HK / SEA product development teams to turn concepts into production-ready pieces.Support business development with design pitches, trend packs & sales presentations.7+ years of experience in cut sewn & woven fashion design (ideally from mass retail).~ Strong proficiency in CLO 3D (required).~ Strong commercial mindset—designing what sells, not just what looks good.Creative, agile, and comfortable with fast-paced fashion cycles.Be the critical connector between the world's largest fast fashion brands & their supply partner in Asia.Dynamic environment with real influence on design & business outcomes.
