We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in the Pepe Jeans Showroom with all the tasks around selling in the showroom, while working closely together with the team and creating a great atmosphere for co-workers and clients.
What will the role entail?
1. Create a cohesive story of the collection to show the customers
2. Remote and digital selling to E-com customers
3. Support Wholesale Sales team during all selling process and period: from the selling campaign in the showroom, to the final shipment to the customer.
4. Watch out competence on products and prices online and in stores
5. Arrangement of product displays, demonstrating product features.
6. Coordinate final shipment of product to the customer.
7. Analysis of the season (customers, sales, and market research)
8. Prospecting new customers
9. Creation of tools to support sales in ECI: reports, product books, etc.
10. Staff training: product presentations with sales arguments, etc.
11. Sales analysis
12. Daily communication with other departments such as Customer Service, Credit control for customer order follow up.

Requisitos
19. 1-2 of previous experience in a similar role
20. Have studied Business Administration, Economics, or a similar degree
21. A subsequent master's degree in Fashion is a big plus
22. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus
23. Advanced Excel knowledge
24. Good use of other MS Office tools such as Power Point and Word
25. Passion for the world of retail and fashion
