THE ROLE
Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of fragrances, skincare and makeup market dynamics across Iberia, Digital management and Media ownership, Media strategies and how it applies across Spain & Portugal Markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Media & Digital Trainee, you are responsible for assisting the Media Team in excellent plans execution for Luxury and Consumer Brands.
The Media Trainee has the mission to collaborate with the Fragrances, Skincare and Makeup brands’ Team in its growth, taking part in all the tasks that this objective entails. In some parts and processes, the Media Trainee will contribute fully to the task, and in others, will contribute learning.
Your main focus includes:
* Assisting the team in the management of daily operational aspects of social media, display, and print campaigns (content delivery, copy adaptation, traffic tracking) in compliance with HQ guidelines.
* Working on digital orchestrations that are aligned with brand objectives and reflect current media trends, contributing to innovative campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
* Assisting the team in gathering media and competitor evidence to inform strategy adjustments and report on industry trends.
* Supporting the Digital & Media manager in Excel analysis and effective presentation making.
* Supporting the Digital & Media manager in collecting all useful information to internally share the latest updates from the Digital & Media landscape, with a global perspective.

The team consists of the Head of Media & Digital, Media & Digital Manager, and Media & Digital specialist for Luxury and Consumer Beauty Brands, and you will work closely with both Divisions for several departments such as MKT, sales, trade, and finance.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You enjoy Media, communication, strategic and creative thinking. As a Media & Digital intern, you will develop multi-tasking skills with a 360o Communication view and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:
* Are a recent graduate or currently studying (MBA or master’s in business, Communication, Marketing).
* Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Master the English language at a near-native level.
