\nMission
\n
\nWe are looking for an experienced and hands -on Finance Manager Iberia to oversee financial
operations across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Reporting to the Group CFO, this role will be responsible for financial reporting, controlling, budgeting, compliance, and will act as a key business partner to local management teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet operational finance leader, able to manage day -to -day
accounting while driving continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and insight -driven decision -making in a dynamic international environment.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n
Financial Management & Reporting:
\n● Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing for each country in the region.
\n● Supervise the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with
IFRS.
\n● Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
\n● Analyses variances and partner with local teams to define corrective actions.
\n● Provide regular performance reporting and analysis to Group Finance and senior
management.
\n● Support cash -flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury needs.
\n
\nAccounting Operations
\n● Lead and coordinate accounting teams in Spain and Italy; manage external advisors in
Portugal.
\n● Oversee statutory, tax, and audit requirements, ensuring full compliance with local
regulations.
\n● Manage relationships with external auditors and tax consultants.
\n● Ensure accurate tax filings and support periodic VAT and corporate tax processes.
\n
\nBusiness Partnering
\n● Act as finance liaison to local business leaders, enabling informed strategic
decision -making.
\n● Provide profitability analysis by client, service line, and business unit.
\n● Support evaluation of new business, M&A;, or structural initiatives.
\n
\nProcess Improvement & Controls
\n● Improve, document, and standardize financial processes across the region.
\n● Ensure strong internal controls are in place and consistently applied.
\n● Work closely with Group Operations and Finance to harmonize practices and reporting.
\n● Lead or contribute to systems improvements or implementations (e.g., Oracle NetSuite,
TMS, etc.).

Requirements \n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
\n● 7+ years of relevant experience in finance roles; experience within international,
service -based environments required.
\n● Proven experience managing multi -regional finance operations.
\n● Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
\n● Business -oriented mindset, high analytical capacity, and hands -on leadership style.
\n● Excellent communication and stakeholder -management skills.
\n● Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, evolving, and entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have
\n● Experience in a Big Four or recognized audit firm.
\n● Demonstrated ability to lead regional finance projects and standardize processes
across countries.
\n● Familiarity working in private equity / investor -backed environments.
\n
\nLanguages
\n● Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
\n● Portuguese and/or Italian are strong assets.
Technical Skills
\n● High proficiency with ERPs; Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred.
\n● Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
\n● Experience working with Google Suite and automation tools.
\n● Experience with FP&A; applications (ideally Abacum) and TMS platforms (Embat
preferred).
\n● Familiarity with AI -based tools.
\n● Knowledge of scripting / data -oriented languages (e.g., Python) is valued.
