The ideal candidate will bring structured project coordination experience and, ideally, exposure to CRM-related initiatives.A mixed business and IT profile capable of understanding both functional and technical requirements will be a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport overall project planning and coordinationMonitor timelines, milestones, and deliverablesIdentify and track risks and issues; support escalation processesPrepare and maintain project reporting and dashboardsAssist with budgeting control and cost trackingFacilitate stakeholder communication and meeting coordinationPerform standard PMO and project management support activitiesPreferred Background & SkillsExperience in project management or project coordination with a strong focus xiphteb on structure, organization, and deliveryExposure to CRM-related project execution is highly desirable (Salesforce).Ability to understand both business and IT requirementsExperience working in international and multicultural environments across multiple time zonesStrong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skillsProficiency in MS 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams)Fluent Business English required; Spanish is an advantage
