Screening Eagle Technologi es is a merger of two companies that were founded and funded by Tectus Group: Dreamlab, a Singapore-based software and robotics company that was founded in 2015; and Proceq, a Swiss-based non-destructive testing (NDT) company that was founded in 1954. We operate world-wide with 300 ambitious Eagles.
We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to drive global B2B campaigns and lead event strategies for our Americas (North/South America & Canada) markets. This role is split 50/50 between executing worldwide marketing initiatives and planning/coordinating West Region events (travel not required, subject to management assignment). You’ll bridge global strategy with regional execution, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
This is a permanent role based in Malaga (Spain)
What will you do
Global Campaigns (50%)
Work closely with global content team in Malaga to develop and implement integrated global B2B marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social, etc.).
Collaborate with PM, Sales and regional marketing teams to ensure campaign relevancy, consistency and brand alignment.
Analyse campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven insights.
Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
West Region Events (50%)
Plan, organize, and coordinate virtual/hybrid events (webinars, conferences, trade shows) for the Americas.
Partner with sales teams to align events with regional pipeline goals.
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting.
Support lead generation and nurture strategies for North/South America and Canada.
What do we expect
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Media or similar.
(Engineering, or Industrial Technology knowledge will be a plus)
Experience:
5+ years in B2B marketing, with proven success in global campaigns and event coordination.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal; mandatory for regional stakeholder management).
Others will be a strong plus: German, Italian, or French
Skills:
Proactive and autonomous mindset, able to design, implement and manage marketing strategies from start to finish, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Ability to translate global strategy into regional execution.
Strong project management, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis.
