To support the ongoing commercial and operational activities of the asset, we are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and proactive Real Estate Market Intelligence & Commercial Analyst.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the commercial management of a landmark real estate asset while working directly alongside senior leadership and contributing to key reporting, market intelligence, and operational initiatives.

Position Overview
The full name of the position is Real Estate Market Intelligence & Commercial Analyst.

The Real Estate Market Intelligence & Commercial Analyst will play a central role in supporting the commercial team through market research, performance reporting, CRM management, operational coordination, and business intelligence activities.

The successful candidate will help maintain accurate reporting systems, monitor market conditions, track project performance, support budgeting processes, and ensure information flows efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
This position is ideal for an ambitious early-career professional seeking to develop a strong foundation in luxury residential real estate, market analysis, reporting, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

1. Market Intelligence, Trend Analysis & Performance Reporting

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuous monitoring of competing luxury residential developments in Barcelona and international markets (pricing, inventory, incentives, sales activity, and marketing campaigns). Analyzing market trends, absorption rates, and economic indicators to provide actionable commercial insights.
Business Intelligence & Sales Tracking: Maintaining commercial dashboards to track the sales pipeline (reservations, contracts, completions). Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, transaction summaries, and ad-hoc analytical presentations for senior leadership and ownership.

2. CRM Management, Data Analytics & Budgetary Control

HubSpot CRM Optimization & Analytics: Managing ongoing CRM administration to ensure data integrity, consistency, and precise segmentation. Generating targeted reports on lead generation, broker performance, and sales conversions, while leveraging AI and productivity tools to automate and improve reporting efficiency.
Budget Tracking & Financial Analysis: Assisting with the preparation, forecasting, and monitoring of sales and marketing budgets. Analyzing budgeted vs. actual expenditures to investigate variances, and tracking key metrics such as lead generation costs, marketing effectiveness, and overall asset performance.

3. Commercial Operations, Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

Operations & Contract Coordination: Supporting seamless communication between sales, marketing, operations, and ownership. Maintaining and tracking commercial agreements, brokerage contracts, vendor agreements, and project documentation—ensuring all deadlines, renewal dates, and operational standards are strictly met.
Compliance & Transaction Support: Collecting, reviewing, and organizing rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation. Coordinating directly with buyers, brokers, and legal advisors to track outstanding compliance requirements and secure administrative transaction processes.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
0-3 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, consulting, hospitality, development, business analysis, or a related industry.
Previous internship experience in a relevant field is advantageous.

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred. HubSpot experience is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with AI tools and large language models for research, reporting, and productivity enhancement is highly desirable.
Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.

Languages
Fluent English and Spanish required.
Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
