In this role you drive value for customers by ensuring adoption and renewals of SAP oCFO and related cloud financial solutions. You act as the primary customer contact, manage relationships at senior levels, and coordinate cross-functional teams to expand usage and maximize revenue. You work to mitigate issues, track success metrics, and steer renewal and expansion opportunities. This position offers meaningful impact through helping customers realize financial transformation at scale in a global, collaborative environment.

• Develop and implement account strategies and renewal plans to drive adoption and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
• Ensure rapid solution adoption and enablement, expanding automation and usage beyond entitlements
• Maintain Relationship Assessments, Outcome Success Plans, and track tasks for each account
• Engage C‑Level sponsors to ensure customer success and strong relationships
• Monitor SLA performance, usage, adoption metrics, and overall satisfaction
• Meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals including renewals and expansion
• Coordinate with regional teams and support personnel to service global accounts
• Serve as primary escalation point for cloud solutions within portfolio
• Drive opportunity development and accurate forecasting for renewals and growth
• Lead renewal and churn control strategy and conduct quarterly account reviews
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years in implementing, deploying, or advising on financial solutions
• Strong experience xpzdshu with Office of the CFO financial solutions and related modules (e.g., SAP Advanced Financial Closing, Taulia, CPQ, Treasury)
• Experience in customer financial departments (AP, AR, Controlling, Planning)
• Proven ability in managing complex customer engagements and contract negotiations
• Proficiency with SAP Commercial and Account Management Systems (CRM/Harmony, Gainsight, One360) and financial systems/ERP
