Your primary responsibility is to ensure the correct and timely payment of our Primos, including post-payroll payments. You will develop strong relationships with global and local payroll vendors, HR partners, local finance, and accounting teams.
You will have opportunities to lead or participate in projects focused on continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Your approach is characterized by attention to detail, customer service, proactiveness, and quick issue resolution across multiple high-priority tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Validate trial runs executed by local vendors and identify discrepancies
* Resolve discrepancies with technical or business personnel, implement corrective actions, and retest as needed
* Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages
* Reconcile, balance, and transmit payroll data reports with vendors and banks
* Ensure accurate and timely payments to Primos and third parties (e.g., authorities, vendors)
* Respond to inquiries within service level agreements
* Act as the main contact for local payroll vendors
* Complete SOX controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Prepare/review payroll-related journal entries and collaborate with finance and accounting teams
* Document and update payroll processes
* Maintain annual and monthly Primo Investment trackers and serve as POC for the Structure Cost team
* Lead or execute process improvement projects within the Payroll team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of experience working in a Shared Services Center handling multi-country payrolls
* Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
* Fluent in English; additional languages like French, Italian, Dutch are a plus
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Basic knowledge of accounting/finance
* Preferred: Prior HR Payroll or Accounting experience, knowledge of Swiss or Belgian legislation, experience managing local payroll vendors
