Reemoon is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer based in Valencia, Spain.

What you'll do
* The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert who works closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers.
* Understanding customer requirements, visiting customer's factory, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customized solutions that meet client needs.
* Building customer confidence and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's technical and business objectives.
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
* Perform solution design and ensure product compatibility with client factory.
* Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
* Previous experience in a Presales Engineer or similar position.
* Extensive experience in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
* Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
* Familiar with the 2D and 3D drafting software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.
* Good command of English (spoken and written).
* Preferably under 35 years old.
