In this role you support automation and digitalization within Iberia Operations, focusing on CRM, integrations and operations. You will drive projects from ideation to launch, optimize processes for efficiency and faster time-to-market, and enable knowledge transfer and user training. You’ll collaborate with engineers, customers and executives to shape digital transformation initiatives and deliver scalable solutions. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence customer-centric operations in a global payments company.

• Solve operational problems through automation, integration and analytics
• Collaborate on customer projects to improve efficiency and performance
• Contribute to Iberia OPS digitalization roadmap and pilot planning
• Drive change requests for existing digitalization initiatives using technical expertise
• Facilitate workshops to define functional and technical requirements with customers
• Design test suites and plan tasks for go-live; validate outputs against requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends to select appropriate technologies
• Provide knowledge transfer and training for users and administrators
Responsabilidades
• Strong expertise in CRM, Ticketing, Inventory and Stock Management systems architecture and configuration
• Experience in systems integration and web services (RFC, SOAP, REST, AS2, xpzdshu HTTP, JDBC, File, Mail, JMS)
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and handle evolving tech challenges
• Proactive in designing scalable, future-proof solutions
• Strong written and spoken English; Portuguese is highly desirable
• 3 years of experience in a similar role; education in computer science, IT and/or engineering/science preferred
• Proven track record in digitalization and automation project design and execution
