We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join one of their most strategic digital product teams, responsible for the integral web and e‑commerce platform.
This is a high‑impact role within a multinational, multi‑team environment, ideal for someone who enjoys combining Agile leadership, team facilitation, and cross‑functional coordination at scale.
Your mission
You will foster a healthy, collaborative culture and drive continuous improvement across a team that works beyond \"by‑the‑book\" Scrum. You will be the servant leader, facilitator, and organizational connector that keeps the team aligned, protected, and delivering value.
What you will do
Coach and support the team in Agile and Scrum practices, adapting the operating model to real‑world needs.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Participate in and help coordinate PI Plannings within a SAFe environment.
Identify and remove impediments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a servant‑leadership culture and support team members' growth.
Ensure clear communication between Product Owners, developers, QA, Ops, and business stakeholders.
Manage cross‑team dependencies and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to evolve Agile practices across the organization.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
Certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
Technical background or strong familiarity with engineering practices, QA, and backlog tooling.
Experience working in large corporate or multinational environments.
Practical knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict‑resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable navigating evolving environments.
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
